On Friday, September 19, 2025, we will start to transition all First Security Bank-Hendricks customers to our systems and digital technology at First Independent Bank. WHEN WILL ONLINE BANKING, MOBILE BANKING, AND BILL PAY BE UNAVAILABLE AND AVAILABLE AGAIN?

ALL USERS

  • Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and Bill Pay will be unavailable starting at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 19, 2025. This is for https://fsbhendricks.com/ and the FIB – Mobile (FIB Hendricks) app only. All Bill Pay payments scheduled while Bill Pay is unavailable will be processed on Monday, September 22, 2025, starting at 8:30 a.m.
  • Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and Bill Pay will be available again starting at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, September 22, 2025. At that time, you will need to use www.fibmn.com or the FIB Mobile (First Independent Bank) app for your banking needs. You can find the FIB Mobile app download links here: https://www.fibmn.com/resources/download-the-fib-mobile-app/. All Bill Pay payments scheduled while Bill Pay was unavailable will start to be processed as well.
  • Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and Bill Pay will be available in view-only mode starting at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, September 22, 2025. This is for https://fsbhendricks.com/ and the FIB – Mobile (FIB Hendricks) app only. This will allow you to view past account history as needed. You can access your old account via this link: https://www.onlinebanking-fsbhendricks.com/dbank/live/app/login/consumer. View-only mode will be unavailable starting at 12:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 10, 2026. At that time, you will no longer be able to access past account history as needed.
HOW DO I LOG IN TO WWW.FIBMN.COM OR THE FIB MOBILE (FIRST INDEPENDENT BANK) APP FOR THE FIRST TIME?

ONLINE BANKING

To get started, you will need to enroll in Online Banking via your mobile or desktop device. Click the “Enroll in Online Banking” link below to get started with the self-registration process. Once you complete the self-registration process, you will be able to sign in with your selected username and password on www.fibmn.com.

FIB MOBILE (FIRST INDEPENDENT BANK) APP

To get started, you will need to download the FIB Mobile App. Click the “Download the FIB Mobile App | Apple Devices” or “Download the FIB Mobile App | Android Devices” link below to get started with your device’s version of the app. Once you have downloaded your device’s version of the app, you can open it and select the “Sign Up” link to get started with the self-registration process. Once you complete the self-registration process, you will be able to sign in with your selected username and password on the FIB Mobile (First Independent Bank) app.

WHEN DO FUNDS GET REMOVED FROM MY ACCOUNT IF I USE BILL PAY?

ALL USERS

  • The Processing Date is the date funds will be removed from your account. This date will change based on your selection for the When should it occur? date.
  • The When should it occur? date is the scheduled date you want the billing company to receive your payment.

WILL STATEMENTS STAY ON SCHEDULE?

  • Yes! You can expect to receive your statements at the end of each month or quarter as you have in the past.
WILL BANK CUT-OFF TIMES REMAIN THE SAME?

ALL CUSTOMERS

  • No! All transactions made in person with a First Independent Bank Customer Service Representative are now processed on the business day they are received. Transactions received on Saturdays or days the bank is closed will be processed the following business day. A business day is every day except Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays.
WHEN CAN I NO LONGER USE MY FIRST SECURITY BANK DEBIT CARD?

ALL FIRST SECURITY BANK DEBIT CARD HOLDERS

  • Debit Cards may experience periods of interruption of authorization starting at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 19, 2025. We recommend having an alternative form of payment.
  • Your First Security Bank debit card will be unavailable starting at 12:00 a.m. on Monday, September 22, 2025.
  • Once it is unavailable, destroy the card or ask one of our trusted First Independent Bank Representatives to do so for you at our Hendricks location.
WHEN CAN I START USING MY FIRST INDEPENDENT BANK DEBIT CARD AND HOW DO I ACTIVATE IT?

ALL FIRST INDEPENDENT BANK DEBIT CARD HOLDERS

  • Your First Independent Bank debit card will be available starting at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, September 22, 2025.
  • Once it’s available, you will need to use SHAZAM’s EasyPIN system to update your PIN (Personal Identification Number) in one simple phone call. You will need to call from the phone number that is associated to your checking account at First Independent Bank, have your physical debit card available, and the last four digits of the primary account holder’s social security number or individual taxpayer identification number to complete the process. The interactive voice system will prompt you to enter your personal and card information. Once completed, your new PIN (Personal Identification Number) will be active immediately. Click the “Call 800-717-4923 to Activate Your Debit Card PIN (Personal Identification Number)” link below to get started with your debit card PIN (Personal Identification Number) activation.
