This upgrade option is available to any business. It is a good upgrade option for those who are looking to implement additional fraud control measures for their business.

  • Gain access to the Check Positive Pay capability, which will assist you and First Independent Bank in efficiently identifying counterfeit, altered, mis-encoded, duplicate, expired, or discrepant checks
  • Experience minimal service charges, such as a $20.00 monthly charge and a $10.00 monthly charge for each additional account
  • Easily upload check issued files, which the system will compare against paid checks each night for discrepancies, and automatically provide an item review report and any exception items for you to review the next business day

This upgrade option is available to any business. It is a good upgrade option for those who are looking to make billing and accounts receivable processes easier by offering a direct payment option that can be done in-house rather than calling or making a trip to your local First Independent Bank.

  • Gain access to the ACH (Automated Clearing House) capability
  • Experience minimal maintenance or activity fees, such as a $10.00 monthly charge, $5.00 charge for each processed file, and a $0.10 charge for each item
  • Gain access to same-day ACH (Automated Clearing House) for last-minute payrolls or missed deadlines; minimal activity fees apply, such as a $25.00 charge for each processed file

This upgrade option is available to any business. It is also a good upgrade option for those who are looking for an in-house check scanning unit or additional feature training from our First Independent Bank team members.

  • Gain access to an in-house check scanning unit of your choice (restrictions may apply)
  • Experience minimal maintenance or activity fees, such as a $50.00 monthly charge for single-check scanning units and $125.00 charge for other check scanning unit options (restrictions may apply)
  • Request free remote deposit capture training and installation with our First Independent Bank team members
