Cal Teske, Vice President/Market Manager
Cottonwood
Cal joined United Southwest Bank in 2010 and held positions as a Compliance Officer and Loan Officer over the last 12 years. He has been married to his wife Tiffany for 22 years; she is the early childhood coordinator for the Marshall Public School District. Cal and Tiffany have three children, ages 15, 14, and 10 years old.
Cal has a major in fishing and golf with a minor in pheasant hunting and disc golf. ? If it’s outside, Cal enjoys doing it! He also enjoys being involved in his children’s activities at school and is kicking off his 4th year of coaching soccer at Lakeview School.
Cal is a Vice President and Market Manager working out of our Cottonwood location. Stop by and say hi!
Justin Hoepner, Vice President/Business Banker
Vesta
Justin has been a banker with United Southwest Bank since 2015. Before that, he was in the Accounting Group at US Bank in Marshall for seven years. He is married to Karen, and together they have two children, ages 4 and 10 years old.
Like many of our bankers at First Independent Bank, Justin is an experienced farmer and lives and farms north of Echo.
Justin is a Vice President and Business Banker at the Vesta location so if you are in the area, or if that is your banking location, he is always ready to help!
